Leaving Trinity
iPad -- Erase All Content and Settings
Anyone who is NOT returning to Trinity, we ask that you erase your iPad prior to turning it in.
On your iPad, go to Settings>General.
Scroll all the way to the bottom on the right side and tap Reset.
Choose Erase All Content and Settings.
This will prompt you for your passcode then your Apple password to complete the erase.
Google provides a tool called Google Takeout help preserve your data if you have things you do not want to lose. You can download a copy of your data.
You may transfer ownership of individual folders/files to other users at Trinity using the instructions at this link.
If you have/create a personal Google account, and YOU'RE CERTAIN you have plenty of data storage space to hold all the content from your Trinity account, there's a Google data transfer tool [https://takeout.google.com/transfer] to move the contents of your email and drive to a different Google Account.
